My passion is understanding the functions and mechanisms of microbial communities in the environment. Through the IQ Biology program, in my first year I have had the ability to study this microscopic world through the lens of ecology, biogeochemistry, and molecular biology. Additionally, the IQ biology program has enabled and supported me in acquiring a diversity of computer programming skills that have been immediately useful in my work with genomic bioinformatics and proteomic data analysis.听
Corinne received a BS degree from Lewis and Clark College and majored in Biology.
