Alison received a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the University听of Washington. Originally rostered in the Department听of Molecular, Cellular and听Developmental Biology, Alison transitioned to the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering in the spring. Alison听completed听her first lab rotation in Dr. Joel Kralj鈥檚 lab in the Department of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. She completed her second lab rotation in Dr. Tim Whitehead's lab in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. Alison completed her third lab rotation in Dr. Karolin Luger's lab in the Department of Biochemistry.听For her team听rotation, Alison听worked with three other IQ Biology students on 'Team Virus' and Dr. Sawyer, Dr. Larremore and听Dr. Diamond were their advisors. Alison joined the Whitehead lab in May 2020.
