Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology
Alexzanah received a B.S. degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Fort Valley State University. She is entering IQ Biology through the Department of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. Alexzanah completed her first rotation in Ryan Layer's lab in the Department of Computer Science. She completed her second rotation in Sabrina Spencer's lab in the Department of Biochemistry. Her third rotation was completed with Ding Xue within the Department of Molecular, Cellular, & Developmental Biology. For her team rotation, she听worked with two other IQ students in Fan Zhang and Kristi Kuhn's labs at CU Anschutz. Alexzanah joined the Xue Lab in May 2023.
