Pacifique Mugaruka Ntabaza has a background in Business Computing and Management and is passionate about evidence-based learning systems for program and policy development. He has over ten听years of work experience spanning the humanitarian-development nexus, providing monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research and analysis services as a consultant as well as working as a staff member for international organizations听including UNICEF, UNMAS and USAID-funded organizations. Pacifique has experience in both qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, participant observation) and quantitative methods (statistical analysis & modelling, survey design, experiment design, data mining, programming, GIS & spatial analysis). He is proficient with using standard tools like R, mWater, QGIS, MS Office suite, and other office productivity software packages.

In his free time, Pacifique enjoys are long walks, reading听and exploring connections with people from completely different backgrounds.
