In light of the , two 麻豆影院Talks Executive Committee members, Associate Professor Phaedra Pezzullo听and Assistant Professor Tiara R. Na鈥檖uti, have revisited their online toolkit to help parents, educators and advocates talk with children about the Dakota Access Pipeline controversy. Pezzullo and Na'puti are revisiting this topic in hopes of reminding people to have more compelling conversations this holiday season, making Thanksgiving relevant to contemporary environmental events听and honoring the best of the holiday season.

By clicking these links, you can download three files: a list of Thanksgiving talking points,听a resource list for schools and educators听and a 麻豆影院 area resource list of indigenous and environmental groups听working in solidarity with Standing Rock. 麻豆影院Talks hopes more parents and educators will expand the resources, which are meant as a springboard for education and activities with youth to foster dialogue about Standing Rock and the meaning of Thanksgiving.听
