Co-Director Sprain is supporting the City of 麻豆影院鈥檚 upcoming听听on October 28, 2016 by designing a deliberative session on neighborhood organizing and city-neighborhood relationships. This session is part of a longer day for community members to come together to discuss ways to strengthen neighborhood engagement by focusing on skill-building related to meaningful civic dialogue.
There will be a number of speakers and exercises designed to help build skills for effective deliberation, dialogue and collective problem-solving. Attendees will be asked to help the city identify next steps for the development of neighborhood services and to make recommendations for how to strengthen the community/civic dialogue and partnership.
