Symposium with Diedrich Diederichsen | Workshop on Hubert Fichte

Professor Diederichsen will introduce the three-year, multi-national exhibition and research project , jointly organized by Goethe Institut and Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin. The project takes the nineteen-volume novel cycle Die Geschichte der Empfindsamkeit, which Fichte worked on between 1970 and 1986, as a starting point. The seminar discussion will be based on three excerpts from a novel of this cycle, Explosion: Roman der Ethnologie (, , ). The seminar will be conducted in German. Reception to follow.
