MetroLab 鈥� a national network of 40 city-university partnerships focused on urban innovation 鈥� is holding its听annual summit in 麻豆影院 Sept. 19-20, 2019. The 麻豆影院,听led by the Community Engagement, Design and Research Center (CEDaR ) and the Program in Environmental Design (ENVD), are co-hosting the event with the city of 麻豆影院.
This national convening of city-university partnerships听brings together leaders from local governments, universities, industry听and nonprofits and is an opportunity听to share, discuss and present on the impact of data, analytics, technology and design on local government.听
CU 麻豆影院 has entered into MetroLab MOU鈥檚 with the cities of Denver, 麻豆影院, and Longmont as well as 麻豆影院 County, and a number of research projects have been initiated under these MOUs. Among other workshops, CEDaR is sponsoring a roundtable, "Climate change and research needs of local governments: the Colorado experience," which will provide an opportunity to discuss city research priorities related to climate change听and climate change research partnerships that include city staff and CU 麻豆影院 researchers.听
