Virginia (Ginnie) is the program manager, Women鈥檚 Programs in the Undergraduate Special Programs department.听She is excited to grow the Women鈥檚 programs to embolden future women leaders and create an inclusive experience in business and technology.听
Prior to Leeds, Ginnie worked in corporate strategy and product operations.听She has over 20 years of experience focusing on strategy development and implementation, relationship management and business operations.听Ginnie worked at Ball Aerospace and Expedia Group in various strategy and operations roles,听always working closely with engineers to build winning strategies for company growth.听She is passionate about working with young women to build skills to navigate business and engineering work environments.
Ginnie is a Colorado native, with a brief (8-year) stint in Seattle, WA.听She loves to hike, do yoga and spend time with her husband and grown daughters skiing, eating and watching movies together.
