Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Longmont, she oversees HR operations for a workforce of approximatly 1,400 full and part-time employees, ensuring strategic alignment and organizational efficiency. Joanne has spearheaded multiple transformative initiatives, including a comprehensive compensation restructure, the implementation of innovative leave practices, and mental health support programs.
