Biography

Thomas Buchman鈥檚 research examines a range of topics from auditing issues (the incremental information in auditors鈥� reports for companies footnoting litigation, auditor independence, and accountability and auditor judgment) to financial reporting issues (replacement cost valuation announcements and stock prices and how differential reporting of accounting changes impacts analysts鈥� forecasts).

Buchman is currently participating in the university phased retirement program. He teaches/researches/does service at CU in the fall semester and is away from campus in the spring semesters.
