Christine Dahm is a seasoned Senior CPG Marketing Executive with over 30 years of experience in driving growth and innovation for both start-ups and large multinational consumer packaged goods companies. Her leadership has led to the successful scaling of two founder-led businesses and the launch of over 30 products, including three that surpassed $100 million in sales and gained industry recognition.ÌýÌýA visionary brand builder, Christine excels in grassroots, social, and digital media, as well as influencer marketing.
Christine currently serves on the boards of FARMERS INSURANCE Exchange Subsidiaries, Jack & Annie’s, RISHI Tea & Botanicals, Formula FIG, and chairs the Board of Miss Jones Baking Company. She is also an Operating Advisor for Harbinger Ventures, a venture firm acknowledged by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative Companies of 2021.
In her most recent operating role as head of Marketing for noosa yoghurt, Christine developed commercial and innovation strategies that made noosa the fastest-growing yoghurt brand in the U.S., culminating in its sale in 2018. Her work earned recognition from Google, Facebook, and IRI for exceptional digital and social media performance.
Christine's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Nestlé, where she spearheaded marketing, strategy, and innovation for iconic brands like STOUFFER’S®, LEAN CUISINE®, HOT POCKETS®, and BUITONI®. She also contributed to the growth and eventual acquisitions of POWERBAR® and Helene Curtis by Nestlé and Unilever, respectively.
Christine holds a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management. She and her husband, Matt, are proud parents of two children who attend CU—Go Buffs!
