Lisa Neal-Graves is a senior technical executive and thought leader with over 25 years of experience with multinational, Fortune 50, mid-size growth, and start-up corporations. From architecting WorldNet business internet services to pushing neuromorphic computing research, Lisa has led technology strategy and product innovation for publicly traded, privately held, and early-stage growth companies. Lisa has guided companies through IPOs and significant M&A transactions.
Lisa is a recognized technology and legal leader in internet/cyber-security, artificial intelligence, data science, data privacy, and SaaS/IaaS/PaaS cloud-based architecture and standards. She has extensive European and APAC product development, international go-to-market operations, and global P&L expertise. Lisa also has significant R&D experience delivering products and services across multiple industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, and federal, state, and local government agencies.
She has led new product introduction and deployment and corporate-wide technology strategic planning, senior leadership new technology education, and policy development throughout her career. Lisa has extensive experience driving research, strategic planning, and partnership management.
Responsible for new product line introduction and business development, Lisa has lived and worked in Europe (Italy and UK) and Shanghai, China. She has managed R&D and product management multinational teams across the US, UK, Germany, and major cities within China.
Most recently, Lisa leveraged her expertise and experiences as a leader in government, initially as the former Chief Innovation Officer for the Colorado Attorney General, then as a candidate for public office. Before her work in government, Lisa was the head of the Cloud Strategic Product Group for Zayo Group, where she led the integration of multiple corporate acquisitions to build a global cloud business.
Before joining Zayo Group, Lisa spent ten years at Intel Corporation as Corporate Counsel for the CIO and in various roles of increasing responsibility and impact for the company鈥檚 strategic technology and research planning. Lisa has held VP R&D, CTO, SVP/GM, and CIO positions with industry frontrunners such as Unisys, Chase, Deloitte, Lucent, and AT&T.
