The ATLAS Equipment Room (ER) is located on the first basement level, in room 1B23. We have equipment available for checkout including DSLR cameras, hard drives, microphones, projectors, VR kits, and more! Be aware this equipment room is for use by the ATLAS community only (ATLAS faculty and staff, and students enrolled in ATLAS classes). Please read through this page to familiarize yourself with the ER policies and guidelines before checking out any equipment.

Equipment Checkout Policies
- Equipment checkouts are for 48 hours. Equipment checked out on Wednesday or Thursday must be returned on the following Monday.聽
- Equipment checkout is first come first serve, so don鈥檛 procrastinate!
- Students who return equipment late will be at risk of losing checkout access.聽
- Students who return broken or mistreated equipment will be required to work with the ATLAS administration to have equipment repaired or replaced.
The first time you check out equipment, your information will need to be added to our system. We can add your information when you stop in for checkout, or to make your first checkout experience more seamless, please fill out this form before your visit:
