Student Technology Consultants
Who we are
Student Technology Consultants are undergraduate staff members who are here to help faculty, graduate instructors, and teaching assistants in the College of Arts & Sciences figure out when and how technology can be used in their classroom. STCs provide suggestions and/or recommendations about technologies that support faculty members' teaching goals, students' learning styles, and course structures. Meet the team!
What we do
Student Technology Consultants are here to improve the undergraduate student experience. You can learn about how the 鈥渟tudents as partners鈥 framework informs our work or listen to CU faculty member share about her experience with the STCs. Through the Technology Integration Program, STCs provide training and support to help students and instructors use new technologies in the classroom. The Visualizing Instructional Practices Services (VIP) provides visual representations of data observed in your classroom. We also produce media content focused on helping students optimize their learning experience, which you may pass along to your students. STCs also perform individual tech consultations, which you can request below, to find out what technologies best fit your instructional goals.
