Change to Sabbatical Request
Changes to sabbatical leave requests (i.e., cancellation, change to the sabbatical term, postponement) must be approved by the Chair, Dean of Division/Associate Dean/Executive Director, and Vice Provost and Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs prior to the start of the sabbatical or prior to the date of change.Ìý
All faculty with a sabbatical that has been approved by the Board of Regents will be contacted by the A&S Faculty Affairs Team via the ServiceNow ticketing system, notifying them of the Board of Regents approval. To initiate a sabbatical change, please contact CAS-Faculty@colorado.edu through this preexisting ServiceNow ticket.Ìý
Please note: the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) will not accept sabbatical change requests submitted before the original sabbatical application has been approved by the Board of Regents. Please do not request changes until your original sabbatical application has been fully approved, and you have been notified of the Board of Regents approval via the ServiceNow ticketing system.Ìý
