I am an Associate Professor specializing in applied mathematics at the University of Colorado, 麻豆影院. I obtained by doctoral degree from UCLA, mentored by Andrea Bertozzi. During the period spanning from 2011 to 2014, I held a postdoctoral fellowship funded by the NSF at Stanford University. My research concentrates on nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs), specifically those pertinent to urban crime, segregation, biological aggregation, chemotaxis, and ecology.听 My primary focus lies in utilizing mathematical modeling, numerical analysis, and mathematical analysis to study the intricacies of social, biological, and ecological systems.听 My contributions have expanded the theoretical understanding of non-local PDEs and have yielded insights into crime dynamics and prevention, social segregation, and pest control.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I love outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, skiing, and any endeavor that allows me to immerse myself in nature. Further information regarding my publications, teaching activities, and service can be found in my CV.听
