Jules White

Jules White, PhD, is a professor of computer science and the Dean of Strategic Learning Programs at Vanderbilt University. White has played a pivotal role in expanding online education, leading Vanderbilt’s online MS in Computer Science program to earn the #1 ranking by Fortune for Online MS in Computer Science degrees. In his role as Dean, White also spearheaded the development of a campus-wide resource hub designed to empower Vanderbilt University to responsibly harness generative AI, enhancing teaching, learning, research, and collaboration.
