Project Description
ÌýAlternative display modalities, like virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) may influence how someone perceives information, which can change how they trust autonomous systems. There are open questions on how different display modalities can influence one’s trust. Students will work closely with faculty and graduate students to develop a VR task to be used for human subject testing to understand how VR can influence trust. The student will learn how to design experiments for human testing and enhance their Unity development skills.Ìý
Special Requirements
Prior programming experience. Knowledge of Unity/C# would be helpful.Ìý
